I’m not going to lie – I’m a big fan of Lady Hester donuts. Every Sunday, my son and I would pop down to the Farmers Market in Hobart, and our first stop was always the donut stall. So when Loren got in touch about photography for the new Lady Hester website, online store and shop front, I was pretty excited.

The new shop in Battery Point* is serving up lunch and South Roast coffee with the donuts. Where possible, the donut ingredients have been sourced locally, especially from fellow Market stallholders, including the coffee beans, which are ethically sourced and locally roasted on the Tasman Peninsula.

*The shop front has closed, and Lady Hester now does a market stall at Salamanca.
