A modest renovation by Nicky Adams (MANA Architects) to a 1970s AV Jennings kit home. The alterations provide the kitchen with filtered sea and gully views and place it central to all activities in the home. Finishes have a contemporary nod to the 1970s, with patterned and dark timber elements providing warmth to what is otherwise a utilitarian house.
